Tumblr

I made a Tumblr a year ago but never used it. Yesterday I decided thanks to the overwhelmingly large amount of Dragonball Z yaoi on tumblr I'd try to use my tumblr for fandom stuff.

I have no idea how to use it properly and I don't know if I'm supposed to be using tumblr as a blog. I feel like I've committed a faux pas by posting a fiction writing update. o_O So if that's bad, I'll just keep it to arting and actual fiction writing posts.

I do find that Tumblr seems to be more geared for easy picture sharing, but post whatever you want, it's your blog. I post blogs posts sometimes, and I have friends that post their fics too.

The only thing I don't like about Tumblr is how hard it is to start dialogues. It's nice for post and run style blogging, but if you're looking for feedback or conversation, it's a pain!

Tumblr is a "post anything you damn well feel like" space. It's geared for easy sharing of artwork, yeah, but I've seen anything and everything go past, and if people aren't interested in what you have in your blog then they just won't follow your blog. That simple. :|b

rofl, I got a tumblr thingy so I could post in a certain fan community. I never use it. My ONE post literally says, "what is this I don't even..."
